How to Edit the Templates for SMS Notifications on Desktop

Step 1: Go to Notifications

  • Log in to your Shopify admin
  • In the left sidebar, go to Settings > Notifications.

  • Enter the Customer notifications area.

  • Preview changes if possible, as some apps offer test SMS functionality.

While you can’t directly edit SMS templates within the Shopify mobile app, you can do this on your phone’s browser. Here’s how:

Step 1. Access Shopify Admin on Mobile Browser

  • Open your preferred browser on your iPhone or Android device.
  • Go to your Shopify store’s admin URL (usually yourstorename.myshopify.com/admin).
  • Log in with your Shopify credentials.

  • Tap the three-line menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.
  • Scroll down and tap on Settings.
  • On the Settings page, tap Notifications.

Step 3. Choose the Notification:

  • You’ll see a list of notification types.
